Verification won’t send

I’m trying to send a veri to someone I know on here and when I send it I get the message that says it’s saved but it isn’t being received by the other person. Is there anyone who can check this out perhaps please?

I understand that being able to leave a verification also depends upon how message filters are configured.

Sent a verification to a friend and did not get to her she has sent one to me as well and have not got it ever can someone help me with it please

If either of you have filters on they veri wont go through or if you both have shared a wifi connection ot wont go through either
