I'd advise read the FAQ so you can follow the rules
But you can ask her to contact admin via the contact us at the bottom of her profile. Then just be patient

Yes, I reported a timewasting couple. Admin wiped my profile and when I try to write a status update it just won't upload. |

As far as I can see your profile is still there? Are you talking about your status?
You're not allowed to use your status to negatively target specific users so that's why they would have deleted your status. |
