Cant find a friend of mine

Hi I have there user name but they can't find me and I can't fund them and we haven't blocked each other can anyone help

Have you checked your filters, has your friend as well as it might restrict

i can see your message on here but when i click on your username it says - sorry we cant find that user ?

Sounda like yous are blocked? Have either of you even reported the other?

Then it's either a bug/error or the op has a message filter block

yeah its very strange we have been on the phone for hours checking our message filters and preference's and all seem fine and nothing in our blocked list
