Missing email

By (user no longer on site) OP over a year ago

Hi there

I sent an email to someone a couple of hours ago, however it now doesn't appear in my sent items.

Just in case I was dreaming

I went to send another message but the site told me that I had already mailed them.

Any idea what has happened to the mail and if it has or hasn't been delivered ? I obviously don't want to resend it if it went OK.
