Why is that some people are unable to post comments on forum posts?

Some people gets lifetime bans.

Or sometimes the feature isn't working on a profile, in which case the person needs to contact admin to get it fixed

Thanks, admin aren't the most responsive. I'm asking on behalf of a friend on here, she doesn't seem like the sort of lady to get a ban.

Your friend needs to contact admin herself. If she's had no response from admin it's unlikely the block will be lifted
