Is there a way to remove people from the hotlist who's last logon was more than 12 months ago?
The reason I ask is because the maximum number of people you can VIEW on your hotlist is capped at 250 however it still allows you to add people indefinitely.
I can't remove the older ones as I can't see them. So I was wondering if admin can do something in the background? |

"You can remove from their profile. On the top left hand corner of their profile it gives you the option to remove from hotlist."
The problem is I don't know who's on there.
The only reason I know they're there is because they popup occasionally on my hotlist updates but when I got to the hotlist to remove them I can't find them.
I will try that for the ones I do see.
