Is anyone else having issues by paying by text ?

I have tried several texts over several days.

I haven’t been charged the £5. But I have been charged for each preying text I’ve sent in order to renew my membership

I have co texted the site but a generic reply back

So frustrating. They must be losing money because of this? Anyone else having the same issue ?

Lots of people seem to be having issues but it seems to be due to their phone providers.

Most people can still renew by text with no problems so I don't think it's a site issue.
