Can any one help

My friend has logged out of her account and can’t remember password

How can she get back in to her account ?

There's a link you can click on the log in page that says 'forgotten password'.

She just needs to enter the email address she used when she signed up.

The " forgotten password " link is not working . Tried multiple times checked both inbox and spam folders but not recieving the link
