we recently came back on here but we are having trouble veiwing public videos every time we click on any it just goe's to a picture and never plays can anyone tell us what we need to do we are gold site supporters |

Could be your browser
The top parts where the info or settings get changed
Lock & stuff
I had website accidentally blocked the sound by tabbing stuff & restrictions
In the Settings or legal rights functions up top
