Hi all,
Text upgrade not working, have checked all network settings my end and they are good. Just aren’t getting a code back. Help?! |

I’ve been a paid up member for two years without any problems using the text method however I’ve tried for the last two weeks without success, I’ve tried everything except the 3 minute phone call, I fear I will get charged without getting a code, I’ve tried calling but it’s automated, so stuck really, I don’t want to create a new account either, I hope someone from support reads these posts and can advise on a solution |

Yes same here. Site supporter runs out tomorrow and sent several texts but no reply. I will try from hubby's phone later on. Annoying |

I tried to upgrade twice by text and no code was was charged a few pence...no ide why.
I raised the issue using the correct chanel to admin and they gave me an extra day credit. Tried text again and no code.
The only options now seems to be paypal or credit card but both have a minumum of 3 months...but I only want 1 month at a time.
Help! |

Admin say they answered you on the 13th, maybe check to see if the mail has dropped down your mailbox |

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:
* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)
* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG
* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)
* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues
* You don't have reception
* Your phone inbox is full |
