The male half has got a new single profile so trying to verify his account but going through the verification process say yes we have meet in person ect press continue and it says thank that saved ect and return home but he not getting it and it not showing on our left verification page

If you are doing it while with him and on the same internet connection it won’t show

Do you have message filters up? If so send him a message to essentially break those and try?

You can’t verify people from the same IP address.
