Blocked from msg but did nothing

Can I speak to an admin as it says I've been blocked from messaging for a couple of hours for trying to send a web site links when I have a screenshot and a copy of what I was trying to send and it didn't contain a website link at all so why have I been blocked for couple of hours |

I have and still not unblocked and sent them proof of what I sent to person but I fix it's bot that's broken or something to keep thinking I'm putting website links in |

It's not just website links. It could be a word or a phrase. It will lift in a couple of hours.  |

Is there anywhere I can find what words and phrases I should not be using as that's a bit silly if I don't know what they are when it could be a dirty word as we were talking about dirty things todo in bedroom |

There isn't a list no. If there was people would be able to get around certain things.

I did that after they block me to try get person I was talking to look on my profile and talk there |

Don't try to force message,I delete everything and start again but not the same way message written |

The message says the following, it gives an example that it may be a link, people don't seem to read to the end
The block lifts after a couple of hours as the message says
"To protect our users from SPAM or UNWELCOME CONTENT, because your message contained a WEB SITE or UNWELCOME CONTENT it has been blocked. Just hit back and remove the website name or address and the message will be sent  This is to protect people like you from receiving spam! PS. please don't try and get around the blocks or your account will be removed" |
