I have just accidentally deleted a long PM chat - is there any way to retrieve this?

Look in your sent folder it should be there well you can see it anyhow.

As Jo says, could be in your sent...if not try sending another mail to the person, I think it comes back

Just tested it, yes it works if you send another mail to that person
