Have been charged 3 times for premium texts and £5 for the membership but no code has arrived

I am having similar issues this month.

Renewed last night, not processed this morning.

Thought I had made a mistake and renewed again now I have a pin again but can't enter it.

First time I have had issues but really not impressed.
