This is a strange one.
It’s telling me that I have one unread message even though all my messages have been read.
It will not clear.
I have logged out and logged back in again but it still shows one unread message that I can not see. |

Change the message option group and then back to original |

Occasionally it gets stuck like that. Just gotta wait till it clears! |

"Not sure what you mean by change your message option? Do you mean like block certain groups and then unblock them?"
Go back to the original mail box you usually find the rogue mail there then change back to the new one |
