How are people with no public pictures able to still message us if we have them blocked using this filter?

I think they add a public pic while they online, search and stuff then maske it private again before they log off.

If they have a silhouette avatar, but have private pics the filter doesn't work.

Plus as the earlier poster said.

Sneaky people make a pic public message u then hide again lol

I mean I suppose it will stop some people, but the people who can get around it are the problem
