Broken profile

Posting this on my other account...
Our main account is broken. It's been this way for a year and we have messaged through contact us almost weekly only to have no response!!!
We are unable to post to either the forum or to events.
There is no reason for the account to be blocked and it's been that way since creation.
The closest I have gotten to an answer is that admins will block accounts from posting to forum's or events if a matching IP address comes up. If this is the case, how mental is that !!!
What about when you have guests around that log in to your WiFi or couples who also have singles profiles? |

You are listening to the wrong people. This is not true.
Advice has been given to you a few times now of how to get a review ,I am not sure any more can be said. |
