As long as th details are the same and the person isn't using it for devilment then I am guessing yes.

rugby but if one person has two different screenies he or she get banned on one so can come on fab on the unbanned one then it seems to happen a lot lol xxxx have good weekend rugby

Report it Kitten....if they are using a profile to get round chat or forum bans their next ban will be much longer
