Having problem reporting a profile, no matter what combination of the cachpa I use ,upper/lower case etc, I'm told it's wrong. Is this a common problem?

Refresh the page or come out of the report page and start again, that usually works for me.

thanks nicky it took a couple more attempts but worked. I was reporting a local ish guy with 2 profiles with different ages but same/ similar pics.
