When we view a video it's good for 15 seconds then zooms in unabling us to watch the film, this happens on phone desk top computer and tablet so it's not a fault on the machine we're viewing on.
We have contacted admin but sadly no response yet...does this happen to anyone else and if it did how did you fix it.
