how to change acc from m to tv/ts

hi i joined this site a few weeks back my account should of been tv/ts but its set as a male , how do i change it to tv/ts or do ADMIN have to change it ??

thanks for replying i could not find the contact admin button so i have just reported my post to admin so maybe someone will help now cheers
