You can't. Not yourself doing it anyway. I believe the Admins can do it in response to an upheld complaint by someone.
Easiest thing just set up a brand new couples account. Simple as that.
Very much recommend you get photo-verified to help show you're a genuine couple too.

To stop people pretending to be something they are not! If you are verified already as a single man the advice would be to set up a separate couples account. |

Because any single man/woman etc could say they were a couple now just to get round filters, so only admin can change profiles |

Verifications or a PV will be for a male. If the profile was changed to a couple then people would assume they had a PV etc as a couple when it wouldn't be the case.
