You don't respond to any of our mails.

We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help forum. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it.

Mods - u never answered my report about abuseive behaviour surely that’s important?

Admin have said in the past

"We never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you"

People deserve to feel safe on here thats what we are told so surely if you have to employ goons as you call them to oversee the messages maybe that's the way to go. It maybe fun to you but when abuse is hurled or racist comments it would be nice to know they have been dealt with.

I was copying from the FAQ's, I didn't write the FAQ's. That is the site owners themselves.

To be fair though, they do deal with reports, you just won't get a mail saying what sanctions were issued if the report was verified

Then they would have to raise the price of subscriptions to cover the cost of that so we all would have to pay more,
