Not sure if this is the right place to post this, couldn't see any other posts on the forum relating to this either.
Is anyone else having issues viewing videos since yesterday? I have tried three different browsers and clearing my cache/settings, but I'm not seeing any video thumbnails or able to play videos when clicking on them. Hope it's not just me? |

Looking into it further, it seems as though it's only happening on my home network - loading the videos works fine when I use mobile data. Previously my home network worked fine, so not sure what settings have changed?
If any admins have an idea what the issue might be, I'm open to suggestions |

I had a message from support last night asking me to share a screenshot of the problems, which I've done. Browser-wise, I've used Chrome and Firefox on mobile, and Chrome, Firefox and Edge on desktop. Images and other site features like cams work absolutely fine, it's just the videos.
Best I can determine is it's not a browser issue, as it is only appearing on my home network, not when I'm using mobile data. I'd checked my internet port settings just to be sure, but no blocked port traffic either. Given quite a few others are having the same issue now (thanks for posting by the way) I would hazard a guess it's something to do with Fab and where they are hosting their videos, particularly if that has changed recently? Their video hosting provider might be blocking traffic to certain network carriers or vice versa, which might explain why it works in some cases but not others, based on the fact I can get them via my mobile data connection.
I'll post any updates as I get them! |

Ah your post about mobile data could be the issue. Admin have said can people reboot your router if it is only happening when you are on Wifi as it seems that could be the problem depending on who supplies it
Come back and let us all know if that works please |

One of the first things I tried alas it didn't help. It's definitely tied to my internet connection as my wired desktop has exactly the same issue. All other web video services I've tried work fine, adult and otherwise, so it's unlikely to be content filtering either. Most likely some issue between my ISP and the hosting provider Fab uses for hosting its video content. |

Ditto. Tried mobile and laptop, both did can't play videos. As soon as I switch mobile to data, videos play! |

Got a reply from site admin to reset my router.
I have done that and the same issue is still there with all video content not working/loading at all.
Have also tried both channels on the home network (2.4g and 5g) but makes zero difference here.
Will try again but as far as I can see it is a site issue and not my provider or any settings as they have not changed at all...... |

Tried everything this end too and nothing works at all.
I have emailed site support once again after sending them screen shots of the issue but no fix as of yet after a week of this not working at all.....
