Broken profile

Asking in behalf of someone as they can't post.
A friend is having an issue with their account.
They can't create or reply to forum threads.
They can't create an event
They can't use the contact us form.
Any ideas on how they can get it fixed? They have emailed the super email several times with no reply. |

Make a new profile and contact admin on that telling them the name of the profile |
