A friend and her partner joined last night, however they're unable to log back in today.
When logging in they receive the message that their email and password is not recognised. So they entered their email as forgotten their password but they haven't received a reset email. The account is still there as I can see it, and they know it's the right email as they've had the email to complete their registration.
Any ideas on what might be the issue? |

They don't have a second profile, they're brand new to Fab (I introduced them to it so they've asked me for help). Can I contact Admin on their behalf? |

They can't help you get into an account that isn't yours no. If they register a new profile and get in touch with Admin they will let them know what they have to do to get into their account |
