On the Login page there is a forgotten password link, hope that helps

I've Forgot my password I'm afraid to log out and I won't be able to get bk in

There is a password reset link here:

If you have lost access to your registered email account and forgotten your password, but are still logged in, I think admin can help with password recovery.
