Changing from single to couple

Ive contacted admin about changing from single to couple, they've replied & added a profile form to my account for my partner but I can't seem to connect him, theres nowhere for me to put in his username, any help please?

You can't link his account you just add his details to your couple account.

He will still have his single account separate to the couple one.

Thank you Juliette500, so for folks to see both of us we need to create a separate couples account then? Can we do that with our current usernames as well as keeping our single ones?

You show as a couple now, though your profile is hidden.

You can both have separate singles accounts if you meet alone and have a joint couples account for meeting as a couple. You just need a separate email address for each one to set them up.

You need a different email address to your singles account then sign up again using this the same way you opened your singles account but state its a couple when you open it.
