Profile has changed from single to couple

A friend has let me know my profile has changed from a single woman to an MF couple. I don't know how it happened and can't find how to change it back! Can anyone help me?! |

Someone mustve reported it only admin can change it, contact them from the link on home page |

Your profile says you're married, therefore, you're a couple.

If you mention a partner in a profile it will be classed as a couple
So if you’re swinging as a single don’t mention them and ask admin to change it
