We this morning received a message from a guy asking to meet and in a very ambiguous way was mentioning payment
We responded to get the full gist of what he was meaning but being very careful not to offer to meet etc
He confirmed he wanted to pay for services either together or alone and pay in cash !!! Although we didn't in any way accept the offer or arrange anything
He sent 3 further messages which we haven't replied to
We reported the profile to admin although there is no specific reason listed as payments offered and also sent with the report copied n pasted proof of messages
We have just logged back on and noticed he is still showing in searches we do
Would this mean admin haven't done anything about it

Reports can take upto 48 hours to be read and dealt with.
As you can imagine. Admin get a fair few reports each day.
Give it time and if they think action needs taking. They will take it.
But they won't always tell you what action they take.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
