"We have the above in place but guys we previously chatted to, can still message us. Is there a way to block all males (except friends) from messaging us?"
Only manually.
If you've already chatted then you'll have to block individually as they'll be outside filters. But then that's a full block so no future contact and they won't be able to view your profile.
