My phone has stopped sending text to 79100. My wife's won't send either. Can anybody explain this. We have paid like this since Fab began? .

Hi, have you got a new phone/phone contract? Have you looked at the help page for problems upgrading by text? Hopefully you will get it sorted xx

Its because phones now block sites like this for such transactions. You can ask your phone provider to remove the block but you will need to provide id. You can do that online with something like a credit card. Alternatively use the other method of the 3 min call to subscribe but I believe it might work out a little more expensive overall.

Not all networks support this method. I assume your network provider isn't one of them, typically MVNO's can and do stop it. It's made me wary, before I switch networks again.

Otherwise, the advice the others have given, is very good.
