I’ve tried to add some new pictures but they’re coming onto the site blurry? I’ve contacted the site but I haven’t heard anything back yet. Any ideas on what’s going wrong?

It's more likely the quality of the original photo than the site I'm afraid.

Have you got HD photos turned on?

It’s on account page…

Otherwise most likely low quality images have you rescaled / edited multiple times in an app?

The pic you have public looks fine at this end. Are they uploading okay but your browser set to some kind of data saver mode?

I'd resubmit the same pic several times, perhaps in different sizes and quality levels, to then compare how they appear when viewed.

There are format and size, including file size restrictions for upload to fab. The most close to the original captured image is likely to have the greatest image clarity. Every time it is resaved can result in greater losses of clarity.

Also having issues. Trying to set up a single profile and it's been stuck with photo waiting to be verified all day!

itll figure itself out like every other issue gets figured out on here, and the clever twist....owners unaware, admin just email what they reiterate in each thread when issue finds its way onto forum. feedback forms don't get sent to owners...because they know forum will give the answers, amongst tbe guff

Nice one for all the replies, I’ve tried a few different things now and it’s not happening the photo was took straight from my phone so I haven’t got a clue what’s going on… I never heard back from site support about it

Can you maybe add a new public pic, then at least we can confirm if it's blurry for everyone and not just at your end.

Sometimes low light causes the image quality to be bad, you can download editing apps to pull back some level of quality.
