Uploading videos

Hi.

We’ve just upgraded to site supporter.

We’re having trouble posting videos as it says the file is not recognised.

It takes two or three attempts to upload.

I find editing the videos so they are a smaller size helps.

What video format are you using for your uploads?

They can’t Be longer than 1 min

And faces tattoos etc have to be pixilated or blacked out

Then you might have 5% chance of it not being rejected
