Its a long shot but there are 'Java' updates to download.
Do you know how to find your camera through 'Control Panel'? Make sure your drivers are updated and you dont have a yellow warning symbol next to it.
Type your laptop or camera into google with what the problem is and that will send you somewhere which will help, hopefully. |
