Pics blurry when I send them

My pictures that I have uploaded seem to go blurry when I send them to anyone. Does anyone know what the issue / fix might be?

Have you turned your HD photos off in account settings?

Could be you’re not a subscriber the quality is lower?

Is the photo edited on a certain app (it happened to me before) I edited the light on an app and the quality went down dramatically…
