How come people can still message you without pics even although I have the message filter set.

They switch a private pic to public, message and then switch it back to private and then 99% of the time they'll deny it!

The filter is utterly useless!

If I see they're profile is blank of pics, I just delete as I don't like attempts to get beyond filters.
