Can't contact someone.

In the west.

I have been trying to DM someone and they have been trying to do the same with me.

Both of us get a message saying we have blocked the other but we haven't.

Are we missing something?

If one of you has reported the other for something in the past admin puts an automatic block in place that doesn't show on your blocked lists.

You would need to contact admin to remove it.
