I do actually but when I click on the username I'm blocked si can't access any part of their account to block them. |

I do actually but when I click on the username I'm blocked si can't access any part of their account to block them. "
Along the top is the option to block them or down the side if your on desktop, you still have access to the menu on the blocked profile |

Go to profile and even though it says you are blocked. The option to block is still available.
Just click it.. |

Could the user possibly have reported you? Or you reported the user? If that's the case then admin may have done the block and it won't show in your block list. |

Yes you can, I never use desktop and I have always been able to. When the you can not view this profile page comes up the menu is in the right hand corner, block from there. |
