Hi fabbers! Is it usual to only be able to see messages from up to a week ago? We are having strange things happening where messages disappear and then reappear. Frustrating! Any help much appreciated. Thanks
Occasionally I find I lose a message thread (without actively deleting it) when on the new mailbox, if I switch to the old mailbox style they seem to reappear.
