Why has my couple account been changed to single account

I had a couples account, which has been changed to a singles account. I have not requested this change, and do still play as a couple.

Why has it been changed without my knowledge??

Probably becauseyour profile makes no mention of the other person and does read as a singles profile.

Someone may have reported this fact.

the other person was in the profile, including his name and his fantasies, profile details was changed this morning after admin changed the account
