Friend having trouble getting set up

Hi all my friend is having trouble getting set up on the site, she can't get past getting pic verification by admin anyone any suggestions

It will be the pic, she should double check to make sure she is holding the pic with her username and site name written on it

It won't be instant, but if she has been waiting a long time then she can send a message to Admin from the contact when not logged in, mentioning the username
