Phantom message

No matter how many times we open and read messages, delete or clear our inbox, it says we have 1 unread message. It’s driving us insane! Anyone else experienced a phantom message and know how to clear it?

Swop mailboxes then swop back, sometimes that clears it, if not check a string of messages to see if all have been shown as read

You could try logging out and logging back in again, I've had this happen before and sometimes it will just go away by itself after a few days.
