Quick one... A friend of mine on here can log into her account, view the site etc but can't receive or send messages... Aswell as not being able to upload a pic.
Now she verified and when I click her profile it says I can't view it.
Anyone she'd a little light on this for me? X |

Possibly suspended... If so do we know how long a suspension lasts for?

Has she messaged admin? Possibly the profile is waiting to be photo verified |

It was photo verified aswell as meet verified.
Been on here for over a year.
I'm guessing if there's been a rule breach... It gets suspended? But for how long? X |

It sounds like she is suspended, most times it will be permanent. Only Admin can help and she can ask from the contact link |
