If you are on mobile version, it limits you, you will only see a selection of the most recent people you have blocked. You can only see the full version on desktop. Correct me if I'm wrong |

If your block list is that long, you'll have to unblock those you've most recently blocked to get access to the ones you blocked a while ago then. Unless there is a other way |

On the desk top site, enter the person's profile name to get up their profile page (it will say that they are blocked) but on the left hand side there is the option to unblock them.
This doesn't work if it's a mutual block done through Admin, the Mods or they have blocked you. |

Personally, I figure there's a reason they were blocked so no need to look at them again
