Is there a criteria for photos to get onto the hot page other than the number of fabs? My friend got over 800 fabs but never appeared

It’s probably due to how many likes are given to pictures in a period after posting, 12/24 hours and so on.

If you mean page 1 that might not be enough and it has to be within 12 hours.
