No remote video

Just paid 20 quid for upgrade to allow me to watch cams .. when I log in I get an initial pic of users cam then a spinning circle then blank screen with no remote video message ! Any ideas?

£5 is only through text or phonecall, he maybe used a credit card which is £20

That can happen when the cam on the other end has just been switched off. Did you get that message on all the cams you tried?

Every cam . Changed from chrome to Firefox and still nothing.

Happens to me in Chrome but okay in Edge!
