How do I pay for someone else to become a site supporter

I have been trying to pay for a friend to become a site supporter but it just keeps upgrading my account I've put in their postcode and email address but to no avail

You can do it by text or landline, if you do it by card it will go on yours.

Be wary of paying for people you don't know though
