Chat ban

Been unable to get into chat and get a prompt saying “currently not ok to chat”

I havent been informed of being banned or done anything to get banned but been like this for 3 weeks now and i pay to be site supporter for chat room cams and unable to do so. What do i do to get this looked into and resolved ???

I have had the same issue and really would like to know why . I have not broken the rules
