"I've got a message notification but no message.
I've logged out and back on but it's still there.
How do I delete it?"
I think I have read that you should revert to "old messaging service " and then select the new one again and this clears the error. |

I had this a while back and ended up deleting messages one by one but even when my inbox was empty it still showed one unread. Then i was told if you use the bulk delete option it takes it away. I did and it worked x |
